The "Spiaggia dei Valori" in Punta Marina has been inaugurated

NOVOWOOD supports this significant project with Elite 145 decking.

On July 9th, the "Spiaggia dei Valori" in Punta Marina opened its doors to guests in its permanent version. This innovative space, described by the mayor of Ravenna, Michele De Pascale, as "the most welcoming beach in Italy," includes thirty stations, 18 of which are covered by gazebos and 12 with automated umbrellas, accessible bathrooms, common areas, and an event hall. The stations are reserved for hosting people with motor disabilities and their companions.

The project was made possible thanks to the commitment of Debora Donati, president of the association "Insieme a te" and wife of Dario Alvisi, who passed away in 2018 due to ALS. With the installation of 700 square meters of Elite 145TM decking in Wood color, NOVOWOOD® confirms its commitment to inclusive projects that improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.

At the inauguration were the mayor of Ravenna, Michele De Pascale, the Minister for Disabilities Alessandra Locatelli, the prefect Castrese De Rosa, the regional tourism councilor Andrea Corsini, Paolo Zanini vice president of AISLA (Italian Association for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), and the archbishop of Ravenna Lorenzo Ghizzoni.
