Production Manager

Iperwood s.r.l. is looking for a production manager for its Ferrara site who will be responsible for organising orders and managing all the production processes of NOVOWOOD®, a high-tech composite wood, created with regenerated and high-performance raw materials, used for the creation of outdoor spaces.
The ideal candidate, preferably with studies as an Industrial Technician with knowledge of electromechanics, must possess excellent organisational skills, be motivated, dynamic, and predisposed to working in a team.
He/she must possess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, commitment, flexibility, availability and autonomy. An initial fixed-term position is offered with a view to permanent employment.
